About Us
Meet the Tribe
A disruptive leader not only makes an impact externally but also deals effectively with internal disruptions. We all struggle with thoughts and emotions we know are harmful to ourselves or others. It takes discipline to disrupt those thoughts and replace them with Scripture, biblical values, or purified motives. In other words, Christian leaders know how to disrupt themselves. To grow as a Christian and as a leader, you can’t allow things to continue as they always have. You must be disruptive. Growth, by definition, includes change, and this kind of disruption can happen every day as we allow God’s Word and Holy Spirit to change us from the inside out.
